Once again, the Mornington Peninsula will be on show to men and women golfers from across the country and overseas as the highly-anticipated Tenth Annual Mornington Peninsula Golf classic tees off from Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October.
To quote Peter Thomson, golfing legend and internationally-renowned golf course architect: “For sheer variety, golf on the Mornington Peninsula is unmatched and for the traditional golfer’s welcome, it is hard to find better.”
The welcome function will be held at Rosebud Country Club on Sunday 27 October and the Presentation Dinner being held at The National Golf Club on Thursday 31 October.
The courses in the 72-hole graded individual stableford tournament will surely challenge and delight all golfers. Rosebud Country Club, The Dunes Golf Links, RACV Cape Schanck and St Andrews Beach Golf Club will be in pristine condition to excite the morning and afternoon fields.
The golfing extravaganza is regularly recognised as one of the most enjoyable and well-organised events on the annual amateur golfing calendar.
Optional golf at various Mornington Peninsula courses is also offered on the opening (Sunday 27 October) and closing (Friday 1 November) days. Discounted accommodation offers, to suit all budgets, have also been arranged with the classic’s preferred Accommodation Partner.
