And make no mistake, this course has been specially designed to remove one of the biggest barriers to the game: time.
While traditional 18-hole golf often demands a four-to-five-hour commitment, Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club claims to offer a more accessible yet high-quality format that fits seamlessly into the lives of time-poor professionals and families, social golfers, younger players, golf‑curious newcomers and everyone in between.
Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club is up, running and open for play.
“We’re setting a new standard for modern play – golf that moves at the pace of modern life,” said NSW State Manager for Clublinks, Stephen Peverett.
“You shouldn’t have to choose between a busy schedule and the game you love.

And don’t roll up expecting a string of par threes . . . Newgreens offers much more than that with some testing long holes, highlighted by the par-four 12th (hey, that’s the last hole!), which requires two demanding and accurate shots from an elevated tee before reaching a green which seems surrounded by some tricky sand traps.
Newgreens has a par of 44 and measures 2871m and a golf shop open from 6am until 6pm seven days a week.
Tee times are available throughout the day and early‑bird $12 green fees can be snapped up at selected times.
There’s an array of memberships available too with the golf membership and a host of benefits that go with that, costing around $3500.
