An exciting milestone in the creation of Living Choice Parkwood, a 200-apartment retirement community to be built at Parkwood Golf Course, was celebrated on 22nd May when the village’s first display apartment was unveiled to the public.

Living Choice Parkwood, described as ‘Golf resort living for the un-retiring’, is Living Choice’s 11th retirement village and its first on the Gold Coast. It is located within the vibrant ‘The Club at Parkwood Village’ precinct, a thriving sporting, entertainment and wellness destination which is popular with people of all ages.

More than 110 people attended the Champagne & Canapes opening, including clients, VIP guests and Living Choice team members. State MP Sam O’Connor, Cr William Owen-Jones and Cr Ryan Bayldon-Lumsden joined Living Choice directors, Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs, to cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the display apartment and adjacent sales office. Both are located at the club entrance, offering easy access and plenty of parking.

The beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom display apartment showcases the Kestrel design, one of 12 designs that will be available in the first two buildings, named the Lexington and the Columbus. The first two buildings, comprising 74 apartments, will be built in Stage 1, along with a clubhouse for village residents. The leisure centre and further apartments will be built in Stage 2.

The display apartment is open for viewing 7 days from 10am to 3pm. To make an appointment, phone Angie or Michael
