IT’S an exciting time for Living Choice residents, deposit holders and clients as Living Choice ticks off some major construction milestones at its golf course-located villages at Flagstaff Hill in Adelaide and at Parkwood on the Gold Coast.
At Living Choice Flagstaff Hill, construction on the 42 villas is proceeding rapidly with 13 villas completed and occupied and a further five homes nearing completion for current deposit holders. The remainder of the homes are all in various stages of construction and sales manager Katherine Stacey expects them to be snapped up over the next few months.
Construction is also well-advanced on “The Range”, comprising 17 apartments overlooking the 18th fairway at Flagstaff Hill Golf Course. Further apartment buildings and a magnificent new golf clubhouse will be built in the next stage.
While not previously a golfer, new Living Choice Flagstaff Hill resident, Julie Dolphin, has discovered the social benefits of playing golf and living adjacent to a golf club.
“I was a total beginner and used my golf membership to keep learning and get a golf handicap,” said Julie.
“The advantage of having a golf course adjacent to the village gives me, and especially single residents, a great opportunity to make new friends. The existing golf clubhouse also provides lovely opportunities to socialise and this will only become more so when the new clubhouse is built.”
At Living Choice Parkwood, overlooking the Parkwood Golf Course, future residents are eagerly awaiting the ground-breaking of the first two apartment buildings, The Columbus and Lexington, in early March.
Sales consultants, Angelina Hackett and Michael Levick, have already hosted a lunch for deposit holders so that they can get to know their future neighbours.
The lunch was held at The Club at Parkwood Village, a popular precinct with dining, fitness and wellness facilities which is located adjacent to the village.
