Ping has been an industry-leader in driver construction since it debuted the strikingly-shaped Karsten 1 in 1968. This innovative tradition has continued with, among others, the all-Titanium TiSi (1998), the upper-market exploring Rapture (2016), the introduction of specialist LST and SFT models in 2014 and 2017 respectively and the pioneering of ultra-high MOI with the G400 Max (2018).

The early 2020s witnessed the ongoing success of the G425 model while 2022-23 welcomes the exciting new tech-laden G430 series; the latest chapter in Ping driver evolution.

Besides precise roll radius face modifications to reduce spin, a process that Ping calls Spinsistency, there are several key technical developments involved with the G430 models. These include the weight-shaving use of a Carbonfly crown on the LST model, an up-to-20 yard dial-in draw bias on the SFT model, the use of ultra-thin T9S+ faces and the helpful introduction of lighter-engineered HL options for both the matte black, Titanium-bodied G430 Max and SFT models.

Ping promises that the G430 driver range, the latest milestone in its storied production history, will deliver the ultimate in tech-driven distance and accuracy.

RRP:
G430 Max, SFT and HL models: $995
